A principal mentorship program is designed to provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to new school administrators. Tune in to learn how OAESA/OASSA’s grant-funded Beginning Administrators Mentorship (BAM) Program, has impacted both mentors and mentees with the addition of the Leadership Immersion Institute for mentors through NAESP.
